California Waters has named industry veteran Joseph Stephens as the Sales Manager of its Commercial Aquatic Division. With over 20 years in the aquatic industry, Stephens has built a solid reputation for excellent client support and outstanding customer service.  His vast systems and product knowledge covers the spectrum of commercial pool products and equipment. Stephens is A.F.O. and C.P.O certified and has served as an A.F.O. training instructor covering water chemistry, risk management, chemical control and filtration.   Prior to joining California Waters, Stephens held similar senior level positions at Knorr Systems and Commercial Aquatics Systems, both in Southern California.
