Today we mourn the loss of a dear friend and valued colleague, Carlos Mendez, a creative and talented Engineering Project Manager with California Waters. Carlos was killed in a tragic automobile accident in Yorba Linda on Thursday evening, August 3rd.  In a short amount of time, Carlos made a big impact on the company with both his work and positive attitude. Each of us not only grieves at the sudden passing of a tremendous individual, but especially for the loss his wife, Patricia and three young children now suffer. Our thoughts and prayers are with them at this time.

There will be a funeral service for Carlos on August 19^th at the Rosemead Christian Church, 8705 E. Valley Boulevard, Rosemead, CA  91770.  The service will be from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
