Heber, CA, a small town set in the heart of the Imperial Valley utilized Prop 68 funds to update 40-year old Heber Children’s Park. In addition to a new playground and shade structures, a new Waterplay splash pad with themed ground sprays, rotating splash blasters and a “Sneaky”Soaker” featuring three bucket drops have transformed this desert landscape into a refreshing oasis.
